Yes! Most self-defense is not about fighting. About 90% is learning how to avoid danger or calm things down. Physical moves are only used when you can’t escape or de‑escalate. In those moments, simple and easy‑to‑remember tactics can stop an attacker fast. These moves don’t take years to learn — the most effective ones can be learned in less than a day!
No — anyone can learn to be safer. Being fit and healthy helps you resist longer and escape faster. But the truth is, criminals usually look for people they think are easy targets. Those are the people we can help the most.
All you need is a device with internet and about 2 square meters of space. If you have a punching bag, dummy, rubber knife, or rubber gun, that’s great — but if not, no problem! We’ll show you how to use everyday items in your home to train effectively.

You don’t need a partner for conflict avoidance or striking practice. But for training chokes, holds, grabs, and escapes, you will need someone to act as the attacker so you can practice those moves.
At the end of each week, you send in a video of your practice. Your instructor will review it and give you private feedback. When we teach the techniques, we also use a simple checkpoint system that helps you check yourself and make sure you’re doing it right.
